Mouse Mischief This add-in allows you to assign a mouse to each student so that they can respond to questions, diagrams or complete polls while using PowerPoint 2010. This is a free download from Microsoft. There are lessons available on this site as well as videos from various classrooms. |

TEQ Smart Response Regents Exams This site provides regents exams that can be used with the Smart Response system. Students can interact with the exams and teachers can track their progress. |

Wallwisher.com Wallwisher.com allows you to have students post comments from a common link that you create. They can simply click on the link and share comments. This is a great tool if you have laptops, netbooks or ipads in your classroom. You have the option to review the comments and approve or disapprove of the comments before they post. |

SMART Exchange This site will allow you to search for lessons that are applicable to your content area. You may then change them to specifically meet the needs of your students. If you create a lesson that you think other teachers could use, you can submit them to the SMART exchange to be considered for posting. |

Teachers Love SMART Boards This site is also an exchange for Notebook lessons that can be used with your SMART Boards. It contains games that can be taylored to your specific lessons or review activities in addition to many other resources. |

Computational Knowledge Research Site

Calculate almost anything that you want! Get data on variables such as how many people have 20/20 eyesight. Many different measures at your fingertips! There is also a tutorial to demonstrate the uses of Wolframalphia.
Poll Everywhere
This site allows you to have students respond in to various formats of questioning by text messaging through their cell phones.
Google Squared
Google squared allows students to input a concept and then add to the general category with up to 5 more sub topics. When submit is clicked a square is created with resources for the topics listed. You do need to verify sites as sometimes "Wikipedia" and other unreliable sites will be listed.
Glogsteredu
This site allows the use of student creativity and sharing by providing a collaborative platform for learning. Student can create interactive posters and participate in fun and engaging activities.
Wordle
Wordle allows students to create artistic word images from various vocabulary words that have significant meaning and can be from any relevant topic.
Wordsift
Wordsift allows you to cut and paste a report or text about a topic then sift them into an artistic design of vocabulary, emphasizing the most important words in the statement.
Tagzedo
This program allows you to input vocabulary terms and create a shape cloud so that the words will form the image you request.
Blabberize
Students can create fun videos by making animals talk and record their own voices.
50 Ways to Use Discovery Education

The Kahn Academy is a not for profit organization that provides short tutorials online for students to access across the world. The site is free!

Flex books is a common source site with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics resources. These
may be used with PC's or iPads. It looks like a great site. Explore and see what you can use.
Interrupted Case Based Learning for the iPad or Laptop Learning

This is a case based learning unit in which you will be learning about a real situation and you will be asked to investigate the process of bacterial infection in order to better understand what happened to this young patient.
